You are only able to refund an item purchased with Silver while it's still in package form. If you opened the package and the Ornaments appeared in your inventory, then you went beyond the point you could refund it.
You would have had to refund the package in order to refund the Silver.

Thats the thing is i didnt do that for one item and it still went away and its ridiculous how such big company can have such small or bad customer support because ive done everything possible every form or site to reach someone and cant and then ticket says get response in 2 days a week ago

Didnt do that meaning i didnt open or use it at all on one item and refund option still went away and to make it even worse other item i bought is now for sale with bright dust lol so last time ill ever buy anything from store bc support is that bad
