As for your Eververse issue, only the form can assist with those issues. Depending on volumes, it may take longer than 2 business days for a response, unfortunately, all you can do is wait for a response as no one else has access to the information to assist you.

Thanks appreciate someone who actually tried and gives legit helpful response sad part is that still havent gotten response from bungie about ticket and now the other item i bought is basically free being sold by bright dust this week lol so yea not buying silver ever again
