UPDATE !
I tried removing Harmonic Siphon from my helmet and i could gain CWL stacks again from wells, i don't really know how or why but it seemed to fix it. Any confirmations on your side ?
update 2 : It seems that if i have more than 1 mod equipped in both 2nd and 3rd slot on the helmet, i can't havee CWL stacks

That sounds interesting, I’ll take a look the next time it bugs again.

i'll probably investigate further tomorrow about this, and see if it's only a helmet mod slot problem or if this is a deeper issue in order to know how to work around it. I'll keep you updated on here !

I did some more testing. I removed an ammo finder mod from my helmet to fix it. I only had on harmonic and it worked. I also tried removing a mod from my chestplate which did not affect the issue. It seems as though helmet mods are the issue here.
