Suggestion: Balancing Class/Subclass Group Representation
Class and subclass representation has always been very disproportiniate in the franchise, now more so than ever.
Last season was a step up as optomised PvE groups generally consisted of 1 well, 1 bubble, 1 stasis hunter and 3x dps supers. In WQ however, tether hunter and thunder crash titans are dominant. Here's my suggestion for global buffs in future season balancing in regards to both class and subclass representation:
-Elemental Composure - Your team gains a 4.5% increase to ability damage, experience and a 2% more chance to receive red border drops for each subclass in the team.

-Trifecta - Your team gains a 2% increase to weapon damage and reputation gains for each class In the team if Elemental Composure is active.
The damage figures are just an example, as it would need to be worthwhile in order to vary both the class and subclass composition in a team. Outside of PvE, only the reputation/experience would apply. It's not a perfect solution as without subclass/exotic changes certain class' subclasses would be more dominant (i.e thunder crash titan filling arc) but it's a start to more varied teams.
