Bring Back The Khvostov 7G-0X
This suggestion is pretty straight-forward. Bungie, please bring back the Khvostov 7G-0X. If you're unaware, the Khvostov 7G-0X is an exotic version of the starting auto rifle that you get when you create a new character. It is quite a unique gun in that it has an insane amount of customization options, but in return for that, it doesn't have an exotic perk. It is an extremely versatile weapon. I want it to come back because I don't like any of the current exotic auto rifles, other than Hard Light, but I hate how it looks. The Khvostov 7G-0X is a gun I really, REALLY love the look of, and I would love to see it come back. Think about it, it's an easy thing to add. It's a weapon that's already been made, modeled and designed. All that needs to be done is importing it to D2. It could even be a world loot drop if you just wanna add more content without much work. Please, Bungie. I think this would be a great addition.

Would basically be a animation of your character holding a small patrol beacon kinda thing, toss it, same distance as a grenade, but would instead call a kind of Arial strike. Would do maybe 1.3 to 1.5x more damage than a regular grenade but have a 2 to 3 times the area of effect, only thing being it would be a linear stretch going out the side from the way the character is facing. Basically feel like the guns got that old school military feel so some bug space magic mumbo jumbo wouldn't fit. So maybe optimizing it for add clear would fit its ascetic better. Maybe the catalyst would make it so it creates debris to, basically would create fissures of the surface it was made on jutting upward along the edge of its AOE Would act similar to glacier grenades and would just dissipate after so long as to keep the battlefield from being messed up And I would base the size multipliers off a vortex grenades numbers, but the damage be based from a fusion grenade maybe
