Fist of Havok is a comparable roaming super with an attack on cast, and it does not get this reduced AoE on cast. It also does not require charge up time to deal its attack like Nova Warp. I think it is reasonable to change the initial Nova Warp cast blast to be the large version, or to increase the cast animation speed.[/quote]
Roaming supers and panic supers shouldn’t be combined. Nova warp is the only one that does this without being a problem.

That's a fair point. Overall, I dislike Nova Warp's pvp performance. The initial cast aside, the mini and the full blasts are very frustrating to use because of how fast players can move now. The mini blast has a OHKO radius of 3m, and the full blast is about 8m. Consider a player sprints by default at 8 m/s, then it is a very strict timing to secure KOs with Nova Warp attacks versus players that are aware of your presence. The whole thing needs reworked, imo.
