It's all on Bungie's end no matter how much they try and pass the buck to us. Until Bungie finds why people aren't receiving emails and fix it there is nothing you can do. Which is why it was stupid/insulting for them to tie an emblem to this.

It really is like they are rubbing salt on wounds with the whole emblem thing. I don't see why we can't just do votes and similar stuff on their website. It has been 2 years since I last received an email from them. Changed the email 4 times and even made a completely new one just for Bungie.net and still nothing.
