That is a year one shader, you can try for the planetary chests on the early planets, they are a rare drop, or I believe there is still a year one shader bundle for sale in the eververse for glimmer.

Thank you for reaching out. I have the year 1 shader bundle and double-checked its contents in the Eververse, unfortunately this shader is not a part of those contents. I will try again at the earlier planets (EDZ, Nessus) to see if I get luckier.
