I'm running the Preservation mission, like I have done before 10+ times with my 3 characters. I'm in the Acquisition Room, and solving the "Puzzle" (i.e. Punch, Punch, Activate, Shoot) the symbols. I know I'm doing it in the correct order and matching the symbols correctly, just as I have done 5+ times before. I'm also punching the first symbol after I finished the shooting the last one, which has worked in all the other cases if it sticks. However it isn't unlocking the last Triumph and I'm stuck on 9 of 10. Nothing is working. Is this Bungle Gated or is it simply bugged or what?
