If you kick someone, it should send the entire fireteam (minus the kicked person) to orbit, then reload at the checkpoint for that encounter.

nah its not a problem like that most of the time its the AHOLE who deserves to get kicked or the squeaker

Sure, but those people usually get kicked before an encounter or after a wipe, so resetting the encounter is no big deal. But in OPs case if the leader kicks someone before an encounter finishes to bring in someone else for the rewards, then this method would penalize everyone.

and that's bad if im a leader and we are doing it im going to kick that person before he gets his loot im not going to bring someone in basically no one does that
