Height: 5'10 Weight: 204 Ibs Appearance: Despite being "old", he still bears a slight young resemblance due to being part [b]Terranovian[/b], but also has slight wrinkles due to the earthborn parent, but not as intense. Green eyes, light skin. Has slicked-back medium black hair with natural gray streaks. Outfit consists of a medium, black and blue jacket with an S.S. badge. Under is a tucked in dress shirt of the same colors, black pants, and short boots of the same colors. Abilites/Weapons: Genetic enhancements that allow him to jump higher, move faster, and take more substantial damage. His main weapon is an S.S-created futuristic shotgun named the [b]S.S. XB-5 Breacher[/b]. Extras: Has connections with other organizations such as the noblemen hunters and the SIU. Backstory: A pretty normal life. When he was 22, he was dragged into the underground organization called the [b]Saitranovia Syndicate[/b]. At that time, the S.S. was slightly unknown. He formed a team from 1995 to 2002 alongside some friends; [b]Kaise, Aukiru, Saiorsa, and Renus[/b]. In 1996, he encountered who became his most prominent rival; [b]Kassiro Emanel[/b]. By 2002, he departed from his team due to 2 of them dying (from [b]Emanel[/b]) and the other 2 retiring, and worked his way up to become the General of the S.S. Years later, a woman named [b]Atiada[/b] joined and became the top ranked member, which even inspired his today's Delta Trio to look up to her. She was killed by Ronin in battle in 2010. This is what made the S.S. publicly known though it left a hole in the organization. He formed the Delta Trio a few years later, met the twins in 2016, and was able to track down [b]Emanel[/b] and end him once and for all. By the time the [b]Vargis[/b] was new to the S.S., they were an unofficial organization, picking whoever they deemed worthy just off the street. By the time of [b]Atiada[/b]'s death, the General opened enlistments to join the S.S. to the public, eventually marking them as an official organization. In Arc 1, he asked for Sai and Aino's help on finally ending [b]Emanel[/b] after he's been under the S.S.'s radar for 20 years, gathering up their allies and the S.S. to start a raid on [b]Emanel[/b] and the [b]Triaryin[/b], who he was making illicit deals with. The General and the S.S. had a side role during the [b]Spektral Nyterunners[/b] Arc, managing to capture and interrogate one of their members, before they were rescued, and later chasing them into a cemetery and ending them there, along with the help of Sai and his allies. For the first 24/25 episodes in Arc 3, they've had a heated rivalry with a [b]Sagavelian[/b] Organization called [b]The Crimson Mercenary Order[/b], who traveled over mainlands to compete with their forces and eliminate who they deemed would make lots of [b]zepiks[/b], so they targeted anyone, from independent hunters to noblemen hunters to S.S., unfortunately gaining the attention of all of them. Starting by committing arson on the HQ to Channel [b]Starseek[/b], where some of the S.S. were being interviewed. [b]Ashe[/b] and [b]Yaoni[/b] escaped, but the General wanted to rid the CMO off their mainland. It ended at an vacant theater, initiating a war between S.S., nobleman hunters, and some of Sai's group, against the CMO, with the CMO retreating.
