It is still bugged. I have done it all of the ways possible just like in the videos that I have watched. 1,2,3,4 .....1,3,2....1,2,3. It doesnt work.

Have you tried having two people stand at each of the first "melee" icons while the third person completes the interact and shoot part? Apparently that is supposed to complete it but I haven't tried it yet.
