This is a long shot, but I've seen some not-well-made software breaks if it the recipient's e-mail address contains a plus symbol. (Which is totally legitimate and can be very useful in some inbox-organization systems.) So if you signed up as [i]user+bungiemails@host[/i], try just [i]user@host[/i].

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, my email follows the first.last@host (host being Gmail). I'm located in Sweden, so perhaps it's some GDPR thing? My other European friends got the emails though, so I don't know.
