Personally think they need more of a damage height increase. Can hardly do anything about wizards

The ground-based wave launcher isn’t good against something in the air? How surprising.
-
See no reason why it can't be buffed in this way though. It's a very niche archetype that doesn't see a lot of use
-
Wave frames aren’t niche at all. They’re not necessarily at the peak of popularity, but they’ve generally been pretty well loved since the first one came out. It’s just a weird complaint to have. It’s like complaining that my throne cleaver isn’t very good against shriekers.

If you want to hit things in the air use a normal breach loaded GL.
-
I mean sure but that's not what's equipped and I need to burst that shield

Edited by Alpha277: 3/23/2022 10:17:25 PMI’ve been rocking a fun build that revolves around dead messenger. The only part of the build that I don’t like is I can’t ever hit the wizards. Basically my build is about generating orbs for devour and explosive light rocket and wells for volatile rounds.
-
See I'm doing something similar on my warlock just with fighting lion and verity's brow. Using wells for damage boosts and faster abilities plus allowing fighting lion detonations to trigger volatile
-
Fighting lion…never thought about that. I used to love that gun. There are 2 reasons why I’m using dm. 1) I love wave frames. I still remember when martyrs retribution came out. 2) is because I don’t have to worry about shields in endgame content. Now I can run my stasis rocket, pulse, and a void subclass due to the fact that dm has fundamentals.

Hey man gotta use what you love and let nobody stand in your way
-
That’s true. One of my friends asked my why I was using it, and I told him I already had 3k kills on it within the first 2 days. Kinda sad about the catalyst though. I’d be fine if it was switched to wellspring (or maybe both)
-
That and I wished the wave stuck around for a few more seconds.

Yeah honestly a lingering damage line would also be nice
