When you activate cross save, you are required to pick a main account.
If you pick let's say your pc and that account is brand new, you will have to play from the beggining.
Check which one is active, and unfortunately, if you need to deactivate cross save, it's a 90 day wait.

Thank you, I may have found the issue. I actually somehow have 2 playstation accounts with the same name and email but different password. Logged onto the other identical account and boom its there lol
