Raid SMG is craftable and in the same archetype as Funnelweb, and has the same perk combo everyone has been gunning for. Only big differences being the Origin Trait, which is personal preference, and the slots they appear in

  • I feel like volatile flow and volatile rounds are the biggest difference. Also it looks and sounds like recluse, which is pretty nice. Tbf i cant really say which one i like more as i havent gotten submission yet, but in general i prefer energy smgs, they just sound better imo

  • They're so close statistically and performance wise, that it's hard to pin one as better than the other. It's really just the preference of: Volatile Rounds vs Enhanced Perks Veist Stinger vs Soul Drinker Ideally you'd just have both and adjust to whatever your situation needs

  • Funnelweb has subsistence frenzy as the god roll, wich doens't work on endgame content since you need to kill enemies. Submission can have ehanced overflow (97 in the mag) and ehanced frenzy (frenzy lasts longer)

  • I feel like on average they'd still equal out to be the same uptime wise. Sure, Sub is less rounds, but it procs on every kill, where with Overflow you need to find and grab a brick. I've personally moved away from Overflow Primaries ever since they got rid of their ammo bricks Only other nitpick with Overflow is that you can't use Souldrinker while your mag is overflowed. Rather than just shooting a single shot with Sub, you'd have to burn all the way down to 36 shots again To each their own tho, like I said, they're probably about the same amount of rounds given enough time. So, personal preference

  • Who tf gon use an smg in master and gm conent. Your point is valid but me and many others were usingnthe funnelweb for the day 1 and for contest. Its still just a very good smg
