It seems that I need to have the expansion to access Europa, but thank you for telling me about this.

After completing the "Darkness's Doorstep" story mission, the landing point in Charon's Crossing should become available for you. However, the landing point in Eventide Ruins is only unlocked after completing the Beyond Light campaign, so you would need the expansion to access that one. Edit - Corrected the name of the first mission in Beyond Light

Thank you for the information. Could you also tell me how to access this mission? When I click on the symbol next to the planet it tells me to buy the expansion beyond the light.

I just checked, and see now what the problem is. It seems they've changed things around and now you need to pick up the quest first before you can launch the mission. Head to either the Tower or the H.E.L.M. and find the Quest Archive. In the Tower it's to the left of the Postmaster, in the H.E.L.M. it's to the left of the vault. In the "The Past" section there should be a campaign for Beyond Light. After you pick it up, there should be a node in Europa for launching "Darkness's Doorstep." Launch it and after completing it you should be able to roam freely in Europa.

I've done finish the beyond the light mission but still no landling point in Europa. Please help
