High Conductor, Sulmakata
Now that Witch Queen is here, I am trying to finish the Deathbringer quest.
I am not able to kill the High Conductor, Sulmakata since HVTs no longer spawn during Strikes.
How do I progress the quest?
I have run the Scarlet Keep strike seven times and the Wizard is NOT spawning on the second elevator encounter.
Please advise
