Guardian Name Changed by Bungie
My guardian name was changed to “Guardian” and generic numbers.
Does anyone know when or if we’ll be able to change our names back to what they were? It didn’t break the code of conduct from my knowledge and I’m pretty upset that it’s been changed since the name means a lot to me.
Any help or insight is appreciated!

I was wondering the same thing! They’ve starred out my gamertag like it’s offensive, really annoyed me lol it’s doesn’t break any codes of conduct at all

Bungie has announced that they plan on releasing a patch, around the Witch Queen launch, that allows players to change their Bungie display names, stated in [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Explore/Detail/News/50975]this TWAB[/url]. [quote] Since the Bungie Name feature went live, players have been asking when they can change their name. We are investigating a way for players to change their Bungie Name in a future update and are currently targeting a date close to The Witch Queen’s launch date.[/quote] Given that Witch Queen has just launched recently, we should be seeing this patch in the near future!
