I was excited for the new solar Wave Frame Grenade Launcher as it would be an awesome replacement for Martyrs Retribution that would make Warming Cells. I've been using Deafening Whisper almost non-stop since Season of the Hunt so I was pretty happy to see damage perks and it had ALH in the 3rd column. But that all came to a screeching halt when I began to use the weapon because the Explosive Personality [i][b]can kill its user in 1 shot.[/b][/i] I tested every other wave frame gl, even the new exotic one, to make sure but this is the only one with this glaring issue. Normally a wave frame gl can kill its user from direct splash damage but this takes 3 shots in order to happen so it's pretty hard to -blam!- unless you're at low enough health. This goes against a lot of uses for wave frames as shooting at your feet is usually the solution for close quarters. Other than that, all the damage numbers are exactly the same across the board for this weapon and all the others in the archetype. The wave damage is the same, the impact damage is the same, the only thing that's different is that it will kill you when you're using it as intended. This is a real shame since I wanted to take it into the new raid when I got my Unlrelenting roll for easy heals
