I have the same problem on PS5, with loading when you inspect weapon/armor, infuse, mod. I tried PS5 system ssd and m.2 ssd same problem, i tried to delete and download the game again didint fix it. First i noticed something was wrong is when you start on mars, its like the game felt heavier, more input lag, and then in the menu with the loading. I play almost everyday so the first time i moved the camera around i saw it !! Its not fps drops, fps is fine, its more like heavier, input lag.
