Says I Don't Own The Witch Queen

The game is telling me I don't have The Witch Queen or 30th Anniversary Pack when I bought the bundle for $99.99 and have Gjallarhorn and it's Catalyst as well as the Witch Queen Pre Order exclusive items: ghost shell, emblem, and emote. I restarted the game, managed game and installed all add ons (witch queen not showing) and still nothing. I even have the season pass but can't claim the campaign from Fynch, or access Witch Queen activities. How can this be fixed? (I use Xbox) Just bought it again. I want my money back. At least for one of the 2 same exact packs I had to buy to gain access to the deluxe content and 30th anniversary.
