My running theory is that when the triumphs got moved to legacy they get a different address, so when the seal checks to see if you have each triumph, it's checking each triumph's address and seeing if its completed. So the mmxxi seal didn't get updated to look at the new legacy addresses and is instead looking for the old ones that got removed. Itd explain why it shows completed on everyone's profiles but the counter reads 0/28
