Yes it very slow now on the Series X. Really no excuse for it, it's not last gen hardware. Server strain wouldn't affect 1 piece of the character menu. Sunsetting locations is supposed to free up space for optimization and whatnot.. so that's not an excuse.

Yes sunseting is supposed to free up space but there was a 30-50GB update meaning a lot more was added than taken out...
