The same thing happened to me today too. I called Xbox Support (which was EXTREMELY RUDE and unhelpful) and they said my charge was declined (I've been playing 30th Anniversary for 4 months now). My fiancé bought the game for me as a gift but even if the charge was not run until now for some reason (I have the Wicth Queen Digital Deluxe version so maybe they bill closer to 2/22) the funds are available on the card so there is no reason for it to decline. I am waiting for her to return from work to check her statements to verify it was not charged back in October, but either way there needs to be something looked into here as I can't imagine that multiple people having this problem is not indicative of a bigger issue, especially with updates and prep for Witch Queen happening.

I have same problem on Xbox...today arrive me an email with a refused payment...but i preorder the game at 5 october and in my bank account i have a successful payment in 5 october...im bit confused..tomorrow try to contact Microsoft ti solve the problem

I don't get the issue as I literally have pre-ordered and pack items equipped in the game so it is clear that I bought the preorder but now it says payment didn't go through even though it did and it wants me to buy it again .
