Losing enchantment prisms
I know bungies policy on losing items in the postmaster states that they won't replace any lost items but enchantment prism aren't supposed to dissappear, but a full stack of enchantment prisms disappeared from my postmaster and all my friends still have their prisms. Can I do anything?
Can this get fixed?

3 RepliesBungie has stated on so many occasions, DO NOT use the postmaster for storage [b]or you risk losing items, [/b]This is avoidable if you just used an app like Dim or Ishtar where you can drag items from your postmaster to your character and then dismantle them. The Postmaster is there as a second chance to pick up items you missed. It is not there for storage. This has been the same since the release of D1. Bungie is making changes to how blue engrams go to the postmaster in the future (once you are past a certain power level they stop going to the postmaster invitory) but other factors will still result in postmaster item deletion. Items lost or deleted for any reason will not be returned by Bungie and no matter what you say if it is in the postmaster it is at risk until collected.
