It sucks, yes. But if someone could rejoin, they could completely change their loadout for an encounter to better take on the situation, which in some cases, could trivialize the content. The sweats need something to keep them from complaining about content being too easy. This is one thing that is a cause for this situation.

Anarchy is still good, but I wouldn't say it's good enough to "trivialize" gm content. Also most strike bosses are damage gated anyway. Bringing a "meta dps heavy" wont help that much

I don’t like the fact you can’t rejoin either. Blame the pve sweats who want hard content that can’t be trivialized, even though unfortunate bs like this happens all the time.
