yes, you say you completed the triumph last week But did you turn in the Triumph last week or this week? If it was this week, then this week you did the week 2 set

I have the same exact bug. I scanned all the presage emblems on monday evening before the reset, completed the triumph and turned it in, now cannot access the all the scattered pieces triumph.
