To meet the terms for MOTW you must be credited.
Please include a URL to the "This Week at Bungie" that featured your video and the name of your submission. Links to the Bungie.net profiles of the video creator and featured players MUST be in the video description.
Bungie isnt going to get involved in an IP dispute. You claim it was your concept you will have to take it up with the "offenders" also, the winning video was done much better, it didnt blow out the ears of the viewers with staticy over blown sound, which is bad.

 • I see community managers reach out about this stuff all the time on twitter with stolen art so I am not sure about that. I have all the evidence and the person who originally made the video has been inactive on youtube for years and deleted their twitch and twitter. I should have put a sound warning, I will agree its not my proudest work but you can see where I am coming from no? He pretty much reuploaded my video and got 32k views and a rare emblem.

 • They didnt steal your art though. They used Bungie's video file, a generic windows wav file (different than yours), and made their own video with them. Art theft involves literal stealing of someone else's art, not making a similar concept. Look at how many art projects are in the creations pages right now with similar or even exact concepts just with different implementation.

 • I didn't say it was stolen art?

 •
you can see where I am coming from no? He pretty much reuploaded my video and got 32k views and a rare emblem.
That's not an accurate description at all. Yes, the videos are similar, but they're hardly identical. You're unfortunately going to have to accept that your video didn't win and move on.

 • Take out that dumb part I added at the end and they are the exact same video mines just louder, his took less effort to make and was uploaded months later and won. I never expected this video to win but surrounding all the recent controversy where people lied to get emblems I kind of feel as if I got robbed. I am not here to argue I am just kind of upset that someone won motw using something that I made first with less effort. But yeah when I said "He pretty much reuploaded my video and got 32k views and a rare emblem." you are correct I worded that pretty poorly. Apologies.
