Regular fries: need to be done perfectly. Can’t be too hot or too cold, too done or too un-done, too thick or too thin. 7/10 if done right, 4/10 if not Waffle fries: the problem with waffle fries is they need to be done perfectly. They don’t seem to cook evenly, so you end up with crunchy for one bite, soggy for another. Also, they’re kinda awkward to eat. 6/10 Curly fries: most bang for your buck. They have the most surface area which means more cooking area. 9 times out of 10 they are seasoned, which go great with ranch. 8.7/10 Crinkle cut: worst idea ever. Way too much potato to fry ratio. They don’t really get crispy and get cold too quick. The only place you see crinkle cut is the frozen section of the grocery store, so that means they have no flavor. 2/10 Cheesy fries: can’t say I’ve ever had them. But I’m guessing it falls along the lines of “let’s put something on fries” which all depends on the quality of the “something” and how much there is. 3-8/10 depend on what’s on them. Other forms: wedges (my personal favorite), tater tots, American (cubed and fried). Tl;dr I like potato’s.
