It's a possibility that main of yours will have to obtain aspects and fragments for the Void subclass as they are only retroactive provided you played prior to the Witch Queen. If it's account based, you may not have to but if it isn't then you will have to. As for Stasis, that is character tied and you will have to reobtain their aspects. And lastly, but not least, character history tied to D2 history only will be affected. Unique dialogues of what you've done may be affected, but to what extent, I'm not too sure.

Interesting, doesn't sound like I'd bother then. I was hoping the the aspects/fragments would be account based.

Fragments for Stasis gets unlocked for all characters if one character completes them. So if you got two other characters, your fragments for Void will be available retroactively, but Aspects are unique that they are class-based, so they may need to be obtained for that particular class via the New Light quest line.
