Hey,
I can see that a few of the fireteam members left and then re-joined on another character, this is what caused the triumph to not register as not everyone technically did the whole raid (one persons character did up to a certain checkpoint then left and finished the raid off another character), flawless raids require everyone to do it from start to finish not from a check point or for anyone to leave during the raid.

So now to actually get it, do we need to redo it on those set characters?

Correct, you will need to do the whole raid from start to finish with no one leaving and re-joining.
