Back then it took pretty long, and with management changes and "updates" it would still take a long time, maybe longer. No it doesn't matter how far tech has come today. No it's not a "flip of a switch" either. What should "matter" is if Bungie is doing what they can with the tools they have. Can't really say they aren't trying. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ [spoiler]I have a weird feeling that "Matter" is more in line to be a newly designed game engine vs an actual game, and we just have the assumption all wrong. Can't seem to find anything information wise. And all that is out there are opinions anyways.[/spoiler]
