The error you're getting is a problem with your PS4 system and not a game issue. The error could be either a failing hard drive or a problem with the system software. I would suggest trying to factory reset your PS4. Instructions for factory reset can be found here: https://manuals.playstation.net/document/gb/ps4/settings/restore_system.html
If a factory reset doesn't resolve the issue then you can try re-installing the actual Playstation system software. You can find instructions on how to do this here: https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/hardware/reinstall-playstation-system-software-safe-mode/
Be aware, both of the above will be removing all games, content saves, etc. off your Playstation. So if you have any non-cloud based game saves, videos, pictures, etc. that only exist on your Playstation's hard drive you'll want to back that content up to an external drive. You don't need to back up anything for Destiny or Destiny 2 as both games save your game progress in the cloud.

I was able to find it out the hard way. Thankfully I bought a 32GB Flash Drive to transfer my recorded vids and pics before the reset. Thanks for giving me the answer though.
