What character is this on? Can you equip your best gear on it so that we can check? What pinnacle activity did you do?

Hi, I've done it on my hunter, I've completed the vog raid and got a few 1322 gear making it 6 out of 8 gear slots at 1322 then I have a chest piece at 1321 and my cloak is at 1320. I've done the vanguard strikes for pinnacle and I've done the vanguard and banshee bounty weekly quests. But again, all dropping at 1321 even when it's powerful or pinnacle.
