Hello. I am very frustrated to just finally find out that my xbox shows i cannot load into certain worlds or activies than my laptop with same account and gamertag. Moreover, right now my xbox one console shows that i dont have 3 addons. Forsaken, Shaowkeep, Beyond light. When logging into Destiny 2 on my laptop with same account and same gamertag, It shows i have the mentioned add ons. I just got off the phome with xbox tech support. After a lengthy 1 plus conversation they came to the conclusion that my account and gamertag does in fact have those three expansions. And that they could not help me after some trouble shooting. This is further aggregated as i want to be able to play on my xbox one on my t.v. and I cant. I am for the moment stuck trying to grind some stuff on my laptop screen. I do realize there is ways to run my t.v. off my laptop but that is not the point. Does anyone have a clue as to how this is happening? Thanks for any help and support.
