Hi there. Please check the Quests Archive in the Tower next to the postmaster for the Forsaken campaign quest.
Note that campaign progress is by individual character. You can't start with one character and continue progress with another.

Hey GrundleBeans Thanks for the suggestion, but as stated in the original post, there's nothing in the quest archive.
-
To be certain, you only mentioned you didn’t have a quest in your quests tab. Did you mean you checked the Past and Legacy quests categories of the Quests Archive kiosk or were you referring to the Quests tab when inspecting your character? Looking at your characters, you have not done the Last Call mission on any of them, which is started from the Tangled Shore map. Do you see a Forsaken mission icon around the Four Horn Gulch area of the map?
* I have no Forsaken campaign missions in my quests tab, on the tangled shore map or the quest archive.
Sorry, I should have been more clear - but yes, nothing in the quest archive. The closes things on the map to the Four-Horn Gulch are The Hallowed Lair strike and the Warden of Nothing strike. Apart from that, the only thing around the Four-Horn Gulch is the Trapper's Cave lost sector.

According to your history, you have never played Forsaken missions with any of your 3 characters, so the campaign must be waiting for you at the Quests Archive. On your Hunter, go to the Quests Archive and inspect each category to pick up the quest. If you are not seeing any quests available, please record a video of you inspecting the Quests Archive.

Here’s a video of me going through the discussed topics: https://youtu.be/mDdXGDcN02g Does anything look off? Anything else I need to go over?
-
Thanks for providing the video. I've forwarded this for investigation.
-
Thanks a lot! Hope I’ll be able to play the campaign.

On your director screen, you had a prompt in the top left showing to press L2. The icon is the forsaken icon.
-
Yeah - it says “0%” and nothing else up there..

I believe when I do, it shows 0% as described in the OP and the video? Or am I thinking of something else?
