Flawless Grasp dungeon didn't count
I have just now completed a run of the Grasp of Avarice dungeon and did it with no deaths, AKA Flawless. However, the [b]Triumph was not granted to me and neither did the stat tracker for Flawless completions count it[/b].
If necessary, I can provide a screenshot of my completion on the D2 companion app where it should show my death count.
