i have been having this issue for months. I JUST finally fixed it. Go to the "More" tab and scroll down to App Settings. Select Data Settings, then the Update Databases to update cache, and then sign out of the app completely. Sign back into your account via your gamertag as usual, and that SHOULD fix the problem!
