I highly doubt the prophecies extend further than Forsaken.
Over the years since CoO people have simply adjusted their interpretations of incredibly vague prophecies to attempt to fit them to the current storyline.
Traveler’s Judgement 5 for example, is very clearly about the Red Legion and Ghaul.
The Red Legion ignited the sky with a bombardment as they invaded the City.
Ghaul dreamed of being chosen by the Traveler.
The Legions fiery blade could be metaphorical, or it could be literal giving Ghaul’s first use of the Light is as a Dawnblade.
The name of the gun also refers to both Ghaul’s hope to be judged worthy and Ghaul’s death upon being judged unworthy.

Edited by kellygreen45: 1/21/2022 7:45:01 PMThis^ The Executive-who-shall-not-be-named said in interviews back then that they had no idea where they wanted to go with the Darkness side of the game's story, and that the early part of Destiny 2 would be about the nature of the Light and what it meant to be a Guardian. So the idea of those prophecies extending beyond the Red War doesn't ring true.
