I’m still trying to get help myself. I’m apparently stuck in trial mode even though I’ve owned and played full version for quite awhile now. I own legacy pack amongst other add-ons but can’t get in the tower now and missed out on the holiday event’s… anyone with a fix please contact MightyMerkin518 ASAP ty

Try and answer these questions. Did you use game pass for destiny at any time? Have you tried to restore your licenses? When you look at destiny manage content does it say you need to download more files?

Every time I go to orbit to enter the tower it says requires full version?

Pretty sure I always have game pass, can’t seem to find any license renewal options. I’ve tried uninstalling reinstalling hard resets repurchased legendary edition can’t seem to delete the trial mode either. It says you own this and when I go to manage everything is still showing installed yet under my games and apps destiny 2 says trial still?

It says under my games and apps, Destiny 2 Base game 87.2GB Version 0.1.35657.0. I’m gonna try your suggestions again and lyk, plus probably try all the other Google search suggestions that are similar so I can check all my boxes I guess lol… soooo frustrated with bungie over this!

OK. I have something for you to try. It's a long list so bare with me. Clear your console cache(unplug system for 5min) Restore your systems license. Clear cache once again. Reboot destiny. If that fails you will need to redo those steps but add Uninstall destiny after steps two. An restore license after the second Clear cache.

I think I bought digital version about a year after its release but it was so long ago it’s hard to say? It also takes like 5hrs to reinstall destiny 2 (but keeps launching free trial) and I’m really don’t wanna clear entire system and lose other games progress if it’s a pre launch issue we’re not being told about lol. I’ve tried the hard reboot and clearing system cache still no changes. I’ve preordered witch queen deluxe and WQ deluxe+30th Ann bundle and legendary edition even though I already had access to and played those seasons; but I can’t get into Nessus now to buy from xur and still can’t get into tower to do ANYTHING to progress there? Idk what’s going on or if I have to wait till launch of witch queen and hope it unlocks my full version again (as it says included previous 4 seasons)? It’d be really cool if I could actually talk to a bungie rep about all this or somehow find a hard copy disc for destiny 2 to try re-installing that way… just don’t wanna spend unnecessary money or lose system saves for a glitch
