Similar issue but in Ireland, also VM. They say it's not an issue on their end. Can now get into the tower but can't swap weapons in game (can through app etc)

Same issue in the Netherlands and Virgin doesn't even exist here! Rock a 1GB connection. Could upload patches to 50+ endpoints, play other games, etc, not a single issue!!

Already have contacted them. Was told there was no issue their side. Seems like quite a few people can't play the game they paid for. Big sad :(

I am also with Virgin Media in the U.K. and my service is working fine, however I keep getting server connection problems in Destiny 2. Lots of lagging and inability to load into the Tower. Bungie needs to address this ASAP

This is happening to me too I can't play at all. Been like this for 12 hours now. Just want to farm GMs on my days off. Guess I'll be missing out on the hung jury😅

Nothing wrong with Virgin Media - all of their other services are working perfectly. It is just when you connect to the Destiny servers that you get issues with the game.

It is possible that a routing issue may be occurring along the path that your connection takes to get to the Destiny 2 servers.

Well it was fine before your server maintenance. Don't see how this can be a single ISP routing issue !
