Why..?
Why do people make weapon ideas specifically to fix their bad gameplay issues?
And why do they put absolutely no long-term thought into making it a quality weapon, instead of just spewing whatever crap goes through their head at the moment?

I wouldn’t say that is true, that they don’t put any long term thought into it. I have been crafting Exotic concepts for years, I also take a long time to finish it and from what I can see so did OP

OP's post reads like they spouted whatever ran through their mind at the time with little to no real thought put into it besides "will this fix my bad gameplay and is the quest stupidly convoluted?"
