So many of them are good, it depends what activities you play most.
If you like PvP, Thorn might be a great choice. But it’s not the greatest for PvE. Same goes for many other things in the opposite direction. Figure what you’ll play, then pick accordingly.
Heavily biased opinion: Witherhoard might be the single best option if you don’t have it yet.

I'd give Ticcu's a top #3 spot for PvE content. Witherhoard #1 for sure though
