Hear! hear! I have the same problem and have also been completely snubbed by Bungie. It's extremely frustrating that we are left in the cold here. Someone from Bungie please address this issue and walk us through the fix step by step.

Welcome to the reason I stopped being "incredible active" to the game, they kinda have the worst support system I ever seen. sadly. :(

Same problem here since November maybe before that - unlinked at Bungie and now my Prime Gaming says revoked. How do we fix this Bungie?
