You saw that I had bought forsaken and shadowkeep on my play 4 but it stopped working and I had to go to PC and use the crosssave but the DLC did not pass me that is normal?

crosssave does not transfer DLC between platforms. if you wish to play those DLC you will hve to purchase on PC.
