Longer respawn timers
Longer Respawn timers and not reducing requirements for iron banner bounties is whack. Longer respawn timers are also another -blam!- move to new light players. Getgud by spending most of the match dead. ~Bungie

Only thing longer respawns does is give more time for one team to reposition to the other side of the map to keep chaining spawn kills with ease. The first team to achieve that wins the match a majority of the time. No matter how good you are, you have no counter to being hit by a fusion rifle while literally still in the respawn animation.
