Everyone is running around with one shot weapons. Bungie needs to remove scavenger mods from pvp and only allow special ammo bricks to drop from primary weapon kills

Won't help, I don't even run scav mods and probably use primary weapon more than my shotgun but I do pull my shotty out when I'm getting rushed or I'm in close quarters to someone yet I still end a game with around 10 shells... But in my own opinion special weapons and ammo economy isn't a problem. People just need to learn how to counter whatever special weapons are in play. If you look at my ace and sudden deaths kill counts that were tracked around the same time it will more or less prove that I use primary more than special.
