Hi there. Unfortunately there's no way to fix this without deactivating Cross Save, waiting the mandatory 90-day lockout, and setting it up again with the correct set of characters.
If the incorrect set of characters have been set as the active Cross Save players will need to disable Cross Save, wait the full 90 day deactivation period, and re-enable Cross Save with the correct account set as active.
Hello there, I have a somewhat similar issue where I linked my Xbox and pin to my bungie profile and it messes with third party apps. How can I 'unlink' a console to my profile/account? Ty :)

If you don't have Cross Save enabled, log into bungie.net via the credentials of the account you don't want to remove, click on your profile picture, go to Settings > Account Linking, and you'll see the unlink button next to your linked accounts. If you do have Cross Save enabled, you'll have to deactivate it first if you want to unlink an account. Note that disabling Cross Save means severing the link between your data and your other platforms, so your characters will go back to only being available on their original platform and you'll have to wait 90 days before you can enable it again.
