They're all really great. I like thorn for both PvE and PvP. Polaris is mainly a PvP weapon imo. It's very very easy to 3 tap with. Bastion is good in both. The unstoppable utility is nice and it's a good (and only) kinetic fusion option in pvp.
Personally I'd unlock in this order:
Thorn>bastion>polaris
